Star Media News Bureau Mumbai:- According to the information received from a real estate businessman, three brothers did not give the flat despite taking fifty lakh rupees from him in lieu of giving the flat, 43-year-old Mohammad Hanif Ismail Patel, a resident of Sakina Pathan Chawl, Malad East Kanyapada, has been sentenced to five years. Being identified with former Salman Mohammad Hanif Saudi and his elder brother Obaidullah Mohammad Hanif Saudi, bought two four wheelers from them.
After the sale and purchase of the car, good relations were established between the two people.
According to the FIR lodged at the Kurar police station, Obaidullah Saudi told Mohd Hanif Ismail that his brother Mashiullah Mohd Hanif Saudi, who was in dire financial straits due to his father’s illness, wanted to sell his flat number 303 in Crystal Housing Society, Malad East Pathanwadi. . The deal for the flat was fixed for forty lakh rupees and furniture for ten lakh rupees, in all, fifty lakh rupees
Mohammad Hanif Ismail Patel gave fifty lakh rupees to Saudi brothers in eleven installments during 2019 to buy a flat.After getting the position of the flat, after about one-and-a-half years, Hanif Patel came to know that NK GSB has been arrested on the said flat. It is a bank loan, which was signed by Obaidullah Saudi himself, being the chairman and secretary of the society, in 2015 by making fake papers and using fake stamps and fake seals. Kurar police started investigation by registering a case against the three brothers under IPC 465, 468, 471, 473, 420 and 34.
After a lot of effort by Hanif Patel, the Kurar police arrested Obaidullah Mohammad Hanif Saudi in this case, and the court sent Obaidullah Mohammad Hanif Saudi to jail custody. While the accused Obaidullah Saudi had filed a bail application in the court to be released from jail, but during the hearing in the court, the honorable court rejected the bail application of the accused.

At the same time, the accused had applied in the court to be free from jail, but the court rejected the bail plea of the accused. On the other hand, both the brothers of Obaidullah, accused in this robbery, are still absconding and the police are actively trying to find them.
